Fully integrated MRPII System
Contracts and Procurement systems and personnel capable of managing dynamic schedules, long-term contracts and forecast.
- Our main horizontal machining cell includes 5 horizontal machining centers (Hitachi Seiki HG-500) that are capable of producing machined components on a 24-7 basis with the lights out, unmanned. With robots to unload the machines, they run largely unattended. Ideal for meeting discrete delivery schedules, these cells eliminate the setup cost associated with follow on production, resulting in lower cost and added flexibility. With a total of 64 pallets, we are able to manage a wide mix of products. These machining centers all are equipped with 120 tools, auto cutter breakage detection, tool load monitoring, cutter comp, high speed programming. Every machine has a work envelope of 30 x 28 x 25
- Complementing our main cell are 2 Horizontal (Makino M65) pallet pools with 10 pallets each
- Both have a work envelope of 15.7" x 15."7 x 14.7"
- Our 8th Horizontal Cell (Makino M1513) is a stand-alone machine with a work envelope of 59.05" x 39" x 39.7
